Clean Soil Initiative
Know Your Soil. Grow with Confidence.
Healthy communities begin with healthy soil.
The AWS Environmental Clean Soil Initiative helps community gardens, urban farms, schools, and homeowners better understand soil quality and potential contamination through accessible testing, environmental education, and practical solutions.
Working with experienced environmental professionals and laboratory partners, AWS Environmental is developing affordable soil testing kits and easy-to-understand reports that help communities identify potential risks and make informed decisions about their soil.
Our program focuses on three priorities:
Testing: Making professional soil testing accessible and affordable.
Education: Helping communities understand soil health, contamination, and safe growing practices.
Solutions: Providing practical guidance to improve soil conditions and reduce environmental exposure risks.
Through community partnerships, corporate sponsorships, and charitable support, AWS Environmental aims to expand access to soil testing and education throughout North Carolina and beyond.
Help us build healthier soil and stronger communities.
The Clean Soil Initiative is in development, with pilot testing and community partnerships being planned.

Air Intelligence & Regulatory Information System
Engineering Intelligence for Better Air Permitting Decisions
AIRIS is a proprietary permit intelligence platform being developed by AWS Environmental to help government agencies and environmental consultants prepare, review, and evaluate air permit applications. Combining regulatory knowledge, engineering expertise, and intelligent tools, AIRIS is designed to support application reviews, emissions calculations, regulatory research, and permit documentation.
Developed in-house by our engineering and programming team, AIRIS aims to improve permitting efficiency and consistency while keeping qualified professionals at the center of every decision.
